Aluminium Profile Powder Coating Plant Description：
This powder coating plant is widely used for continuous batch production of aluminum profiles with higher output using less efforts, based on manual system with horizontal pull conveyor system, includes pass thru powder coating booth with two operating position at both sides, and tunnel ovens for curing, as well as manual powder painting machines.
This powder coating line is designed for South Korean customer for manual coating of aluminum profiles and other metal parts. It is specially suitable for handle large, heavy or complex shape parts which requires extreme high requirement manual coating, also suitable for small scale production or first timer applicators.
This tunnel powder coating booth has 2 working station allows parts recieving coating from both side, parts enter the booth from one entrance and exit from the other through conveyors, continuous coating increases efficiency and ensures application quality.
This 7m depth powder coating oven is designed for curing longer workparts in batches, such as aluminum profiles. It is recommended to take gas or diesel as fuels, which fearures higher heating efficiency and lower energy expense. COLO curing ovens are built with top-quality components that extends to longest lifespan.
