This tunnel powder coating booth has 2 working station allows parts recieving coating from both side, parts enter the booth from one entrance and exit from the other through conveyors, continuous coating increases efficiency and ensures application quality.

COLO Powder Coating Oven

The last step adheres powder to the metal doors. The conveyor system moves doors from powder coating system to an appropriately heated powder coating oven,after heating to get a sleekuniform and durable coat.

1. Powder coating ovens are built with 100mm rockwool board for good insulation effect.

2.Taking gas/diesel as fuel has high heating rate temperature reach to 180°Cin 15-20 minutes.

3.A circulaltion fan makes temperature evenly distributein chamber to make sure metal doors aet uniform heated.

4.Temperaturetime and other processing parametersare controlled on the PLC panel.
